Antiguans writers at the Youth Awards

The annual Youth Awards honours young achievers in various fields. Literary arts winners have included Vivian Michael, Floree Williams, and (pictured, right) Akilah Jardine whose family backed her literary endeavours with the publication of first Living Life the Way I Love It and its follow up Marisha’s Drama, both fictional tales of Antiguan teenage life.

The Youth Awards form part of Youth Week, built around Caribbean Youth Day, September 30th. For more on Youth Week and the Youth Awards email wadadliyouthdept@gmail.com
