February 22nd 2018 – 7 p.m. – Antigua and Barbuda Reparations Support Commission in cooperation with the Department of Culture presents its Black History Month lecture at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre. Earl Bousquet, veteran St. Lucian/Caribbean journalist and activist, chair off the St. Lucia National Reparations Committee, will speak on Reparations and the International Decade of People of African Descent.
