Wadadli Pen Storytime

The video below is a dramatized reading of The Irate Beggar by Damani Tabor. Yes, that Damani Tabor (political spokesperson). He was a Wadadli Pen finalist in 2004 and we’re sharing this story to remind you to check out the Wadadli Pen YouTube channel to which this and other audios of past winning Wadadli Pen stories have been uploaded.

There you will find the Wadadli Pen story/submissions playlist, a playlist for the Wadadli Pen Reading Room and Gallery, a playlist for the Carib Lit Plus series, the Wadadli Pen 2021 (Challenge) playlist, and an Independence 2020 book event playlist.

This channel is a continuation of our efforts since 2004 to nurture and showcase the literary arts in Antigua and Barbuda. It is a work in progress.

Watch, like, subscribe, and share. And if you would like to intern (preferably college age seeking professional development experience) and/or volunteer with Wadadli Pen to help us grow the channel, our online presence, and build Wadadli Pen in other ways, or support the work in any way, email wadadlipen@gmail.com
